Timothy J. Boykin, a native of Rembert, South Carolina, is an associate attorney with the law firm of Boykin & Davis, LLC. Tim has worked with the firm as a runner, a paralegal, a law clerk and now as an attorney. In each position he learned how to listen to clients.
Tim works with school districts, cities, counties, colleges, and all types of insurance defense litigation. He is also active in helping employers respond to sensitive employment matters and issues involving governmental regulation.
Tim also works to develop client estate planning and has spoken on panels discussing the importance of proactive estate planning. Tim also has interest in developing his skills in matters
involving personal injury law, environmental law, music law and sports law.
